How do I prepare for a curly cut?I need to see the curls as they would naturally sit and how you normally wear them. This means I need you to use all your usual products. Don’t wear your hair up as this can pull the curls, equally please make sure your hair is totally detangled as when you next wash and detangle your hair after your appointment our cut may sit unbalanced. Finally please make sure your hair is freshly washed, I know… washing your hair for a cut is barmy but it allows me to cut it perfectly balanced!
-

What are the options for postage? You can pick the items up from my address in Wallisdown for free, wait until your next appointment (if a hair client) or select postage.
-
How long do I have to wait if something is out of stock?Typically deliveries come weekly dependant on what it is. You should never have to wait more than two weeks for an item to come back into stock.
-
Do you sell samples? Most of my hair products are available as samples on request. The best thing to do however is book in a "First Step" or "One to One" appointment and lets tailor your haircare to what your hair NEEDS!
-
How do I choose the correct product?I work on a protein/moisture basis - your hair needs one or the other. Typically 95% of people need strength in their hair and this is protein. Each strand of your hair maybe fine but dry to the touch, especially at the ends although you may have a lot of it. Moisture is needed for wiry hair that feels thick and water is not easily absorbed. You can find out more about what your hair needs by joining my Curl Tribe!
-
When will you be starting your academy?I am hoping to start my academy shortly after completion of my AET which allows me to teach in college. This will mean I am up and running by Christmas 2024!
-
Can you come to my salon to teach?Yes! Pop me a message and I'll get back to you with course details.
