Preparing your hair for a curly cut...

You've bagged yourself an appointment and are are ready to join me in salon but you've never had a curly haircut before! Here's everything you need to know before visiting me...

Your first appointment.

In this appointment we work right from the start. after your consultation I'll give your scalp a microscope analysis to check the level of build up..

.healthy scalp = healthy hair.

I'll then cut the hair dry, as it sits which is super important as everyone has a multitude of different curl patterns.

It's then over to the bowl and time for a lovely detox and I'll give your hair a health test to identify the right products to use for your wash. Next its time for the style, diffuse & finish.

With every first time appointment I give a curl care card which lists all the products I used on you, tips about keeping your hair healthy and any recommendations.

Preparing your hair.

So as you can see this appointment is slightly different to a standard wet cut and because of this I need you to prepare your hair a little differently too.

• Washed within 48hrs of your appointment

• Detangled

• No accessories in your hair after washing as this will pull the curls

• Use all your normal products in your hair - I want to see your curls as you would naturally wear them.

Unfortunately if you come without your natural curls down I can't do the appointment but you will still be charged. This is because the appointment can't be filled at such late notice.
